Drawing on decades of experience in the industry, Alex Weathers manages Outset Architecture’s legal and financial position, human resources, and client relations.

Alex earned his MBA and JD degrees from University of Memphis prior to moving to Santa Barbara in 2002, when he began working for Warner Group Architects as its CFO for 7 years. While working in money management, he also spent 7+ years on the Board of The Riviera Ridge School as Chair of the Buildings & Grounds Committee and helped oversee many major capital improvements to the school campus, including a new STEM building, Lower School field, Technology Library, and ADA upgrades.

Outside work, Alex enjoys martial arts, tennis and pickleball, live music, and traveling with his wife and two daughters.
