Paul Newton
Paul Newton brings more than two decades of diverse design experience to Outset Architecture. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Environmental Design, Paul has cultivated a broad perspective through his work with landscape, civil engineering, visualization, land planning, architecture, and development firms. His career has taken him across disciplines and continents, always with an enduring focus on design.
Specializing in conceptual design, form development, and project management, Paul’s expertise has shaped projects both nationally and internationally. In 2002, his passion led him back to custom residential architecture and construction in Los Angeles, where he co-founded a design-build firm. His notable work includes four custom homes at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai at Historic Ka’upulehu, the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, Providence Restaurant LA, a modern hillside home in Boulder, Colorado, and a new modern Adirondack home on Lake George NY.
A true design generalist, Paul possesses a keen sensitivity to the nature of place and the unique opportunities each site presents. His ability to sketch, articulate, and visualize spaces allows him to transform ideas into compelling realities, creating environments that seamlessly blend aesthetics and function.
